If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please take any of the following steps:

All reports will be treated confidentially. We will listen, take your concern seriously, and work with you to determine an appropriate response.

Consequences

Anyone asked to stop harassing behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the individual, expelling them from the conference without a refund, or banning them from future BIOTOLD events.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all BIOTOLD conference venues, associated social events, and online interactions related to the conference (including social media and community channels). It applies to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff.
